Russ has specialized in INCOME PRODUCING COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, MERGING, ie Marketing Hotels, Motels, Shopping Centers, Apartment Bldgs, Office Bldgs, Mobile Home Parks and Industrial Sites, as well as, foreclosed products. With respect to Business Op's it has now come full circle. He is now a member of the Florida Business Brokers Association (F.B.B.A.), a highly regulated organization. Members have computer access to thousands of businesses for sale in the State as well as buyers. All data is highly CONFIDENTIAL. We have constructed shopping centers, condominiums, residential and commercial subdivisions, and formed Russ Gorgone Securities, Inc., a full-blown security company for the purpose of marketing Limited Partnership Ventures. Russ has been Chief Executive Officer, President and /or General partner of 37 Limited Partnerships, Subchapter S Corporations. The Syndication Programs were structured both private and public, acquiring raw land, as well as building and/or acquiring income producing properties.
