The Gorgone philosophy of real estate acquisition, operation and disposition is simple: Understand the individual needs and desires of each of our clients and dedicate our professional services to that client's accumulation of wealth.

We review and evaluate their experience, expertise, and objectives and learn if their goals are long range, short term or in some cases both.

Once we understand our client and the criteria set forth, such as, physical and geographical specifications, we act quickly to identify appropriate investment properties. Next we move swiftly to analyze the market conditions and financial considerations of each.

After all client specifications are met, our experienced specialists undertake preliminary negotiations for structuring the potential acquisition. After successful completions of negotiations, a fully documented proposal is presented to the client for review, and final decision.

Upon acceptance of the proposal, Russ Gorgone, Inc. will then completely and thoroughly coordinate the acquisition activities.
